We are a professional management consultancy, specialising in both IT and Business consultancy. This web-site is intended both to inform you about the services which we offer, and to provide advice for those people who wish to undertake some of the activities themselves.

This site is intended:

- to let you know what services we can provide. We can offer a wide range of advice and assistance, from board advice, through mentoring to undertaking detailed projects. - to point you to information for people who wish to undertake consultancy projects themselves, without employing management consultants, but still need guidance;

- to provide a quick link to our sub-webs, providing a wide range of advice on:

and our sub-webs under development, covering:

IT Strategy;

Business Continuity Planning (Contingency & Disaster Planning).

Accordingly, the majority of this site is geared towards helping you by providing both free information, generally in the form of factsheets or guides, as well as paid information such as checklists, answering questions, and reviewing documents.

This web-site is designed to help you understand, and (possibly) undertake, tasks which you might previously have had to pay expensive management consultants, such as the author, to undertake for you. It is based on the author's experience of more than 20 years in management consultancy, including directorships of the consulting arms of two major accounting firms, augmented by the experience of other consultants, and feed back from people such as yourself.
